Welcome to the MSPR 2023 Scientific Meeting

This meeting provides a forum for pediatric scientists, developmental biologists, and particularly junior faculty and trainees, to present their work in a supportive, constructive setting. The mission of the Midwest SPR is to further pediatric research in the Midwest by highlighting scientific discovery, fostering collaborations, and promoting academic career development from trainees to senior faculty.

Through our strong mentorship networks and our annual meeting, we provide our members a unique way to develop significant, interactive, and supportive scientific and academic connections with other researchers across the Midwest region.

All meeting activities, unless otherwise noted on the schedule, will be held on the 3rd floor Conference Center of:
Northwestern Prentice Women’s Hospital
250 E Superior St, Chicago, IL 60611

The Thursday morning Poster Session will be held at the Harris Family Atrium, located on the 3rd floor

The Grand Rounds on Friday will be held at Lurie Children’s Hospital (225 E. Chicago Ave) on the 11th Floor Conference Room. Check-in at the MSPR table on the 2nd floor Registration area to obtain a Lurie badge in order to access the 11th Floor Conference Center.
